At Cavallo Shop, we take as much care with your satisfaction as we do in crafting our premium equestrian products. Should your Full Seat Breeches not fit perfectly or your Dressage Bridle not meet your exacting standards, our straightforward returns process ensures you can shop with confidence.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Horse Riding Gloves (unless defective)
- Horse Riding Socks
- Individual Replacement Pieces of equipment
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping address (62 Prospect Avenue, Quincy, US 02170)
- Special instructions if needed
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely and include:
- Original packing slip or order confirmation
- Return authorization number (clearly visible)
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after receipt
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
For exchanges of English Bridles, Breeches, or other items:
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
- You’ll be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless the error was ours
- If the replacement item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Hunter Bridles or Equestrian Accessories arrive damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S. (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):
- Follow the same return process
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We cannot refund original customs duties or taxes
