Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your Full Seat Breeches don’t fit as expected or your Dressage Bridle doesn’t meet your standards, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Condition: Items must be unused, with all tags attached, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Horse Riding Gloves (unless defective)
  • Horse Riding Socks
  • Individual Replacement Pieces of equipment

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return

    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

  2. Receive Return Authorization

    Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

    • Return authorization number
    • Return shipping address: 62 Prospect Avenue, Quincy, US 02170
    • Special instructions if needed
  3. Ship Your Return

    Package your item securely and include:

    • Original packing slip or order confirmation
    • Return authorization number (clearly visible)

    Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Method: Funds returned to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges of English Bridles, Breeches, or other items:

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
  • You’ll be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless the error was ours
  • If the replacement item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Hunter Bridles or Equestrian Accessories arrive damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S. (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):

  • Follow the same return process
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We cannot refund original customs duties or taxes
